About Me
My Story
Hello, my name is Sarah. I am the lucky person behind Sarah Catherine Photography who gets to meet all these amazing little people. I live in Wigan, Greater Manchester with my fiancé and our two beautiful girls Amelia and Grace. I have always been passionate about capturing beautiful pictures since a young age and adore taking photos of my two girls, so I decided to turn my passion into something I love and can enjoy everyday.
I have attended appointments with professional photographers for most of my children's milestones and I am so happy I did. I have so many beautiful pictures to look back on and wish I had more. This is why capturing those milestones is so precious.
The safety and comfort of your baby or children is my absolute priority. I have been around children since a young age having a big family and also having two girls of my own. I am fully insured and have completed a training course with Newborn Baby Posing Limited who are a recognised training centre. At the course I completed additional training specialising in the safety of newborns, how to pose, handle them and much more. You can find my certificate logo on my page, this is just for peace of mind that I have completed the course.
I am finally doing something I love and I can not wait to wake up every morning and say I love my job. I absolutely adore babies and children and it will be my absolute honour to take you on this journey with me & capture those beautiful memories that you can look back on and cherish forever.

I provide the cake, decorations and outfits. After the cake smash, your little one can have lots of fun splashing in the mini bath

I will meet with the loving couple a few months before the big day so we can go over contracts and talk about the kind of pictures you’re wanting

Pre Wedding Shoot
1 hour photoshoot at your chosen location (this can be done at your wedding venue)
This is a way to break the ice and get to know each other before the big day. You will be able to see my style and editing.
This can be a month or a few months before your wedding date.

Home Life Style
1/2 hour photoshoot at your home. Pictures include baby, parents, siblings, pets if you have any

All photos are taken in natural light. This is a perfect opportunity to document the lovely home life when you bring baby home. Natural images are so precious and such a lovely memory to look back on
* A booking fee is required to secure the session and this will need to be made via bank transfer. The remaining amount needs to be paid on the day of the session and this can be via bank transfer or cash, whichever is easiest for you
Newborn sessions are advised to be secured anytime following on from your 12 or 20 week scan. I will try my best to accommodate last minute bookings if you have gone over the 20 week mark and forgot to book in but sometimes this might not be possible if my diary is full but please do message me as I might be able to squeeze you in or have space in my diary.
